Apollo Save Tool on Cobra ODE, or some other method to transfer copy protected saves?

Hello. I have a Cobra ODE PS3. If I'm being honest, I dont know much about it, or many things i can do with it - I only use it to mount games, and install DLCs via Comgenies File Menager.

Now, here's the thing - I want to copy copy protected saves from my PS3 (Demon Souls, Dark Souls 1, Dark Souls 2 and Shadows of the Damned to be precise) to my PC, so I can transfer the saves to RPCS3. I dont care about getting the saves back to PS3 or anything after that, I dont want to edit the saves, my PS3 has never been and never will be online, etc. I just want those saves on my PC, and open-able with RPCS3. Is Apollo the way to do it? If so, how I do install it? I noticed it comes as a .pkg file, do i just install it with comgenie?
