Will this reset my learning and social proof?

If my ads are currently using my Facebook page to advertise on Instagram, will the learning and social proof reset if my actual Instagram is updated to the ad?

I have a lot of performing ads, but I realize I cannot delete comments on Instagram when advertising with my Facebook page.
