Body sculpting procedures for trans men?

Hi all. I’m a 21 year old trans man, been on T for 2.5 years, had top surgery this January, and am having a total hysterectomy in December. I eventually want phallo, but due to money and my current health situation, I’m most likely going to wait 5-10 years.

I’ve seen some, but very limited, posts about body sculpting/masculinization surgeries online. I’ve been exercising more recently, although it’s difficult with my disabilities. I’ve become more and more dysphoric about my hips. I keep thinking back to ex partners who called my body “an hourglass figure” and although I pass 100% now I still see a feminine body in the mirror and am more insecure than I was pre-op.

So - does anyone in this sub have experience with body masculinization surgeries, especially hip, thigh, stomach sculpting for a more masculine shape? I don’t even know where to begin researching this.
