My neighbor hates me now

I notice someone pulling out of my driveway. I figure it’s a package and check the door to find caines chicken! My husband and I are so broke and he was talking about treating me to chick fil an earlier today. I declined but thought maybe this was a nice surprise from him.

Well it wasn’t and I just have this food now. I call my neighbor friend and it wasn’t her either. I decide to just dive in and thank the universe for my and my toddlers yummy treat. I was thinking of some friends I may call too to see if they treated us.

WELL 5 minutes into my meal my neighbor comes and she is big mad. She is visibly shaking. I apologize and tell her embarrassingly enough I am in the middle of eating the food. I told her I can pay for the $20 recipe I found in the bag and she wants $30 to include the delivery fee and whatnot. I told her no that’s between her and door dash.

Anyways she hates me now and it’s all thanks to genuine confusion and door dasher mistakes… and me eating her fried chicken.
