How does this one pager look?

I was having a good amount of trouble trying to make a second page look clean originally. I have a fairly extensive background in technical support dating back to 2008 but most isn't relevant since I've been at least a Tier 3 or analyst/specialist for a decade now. The main issue though was adding a skills or cert space was pushing it to page 2, and I just didn't like having only half to three quarters of a second page.

Does this work?

One of my biggest issue I need to overcome is the lack of certs, I only have one, as multiple other employers (mainly the second one there) reneged on agreements to allow and pay for continued training, then had me start working 60+ hours a week. The most recent job, I was just traveling to much to really sit down and work at it, and despite adding database support to my repertoire, was not able to add much else. After being laid off in February, I wanted to grind out some certs, but an ailing grandmother derailed those plans, so here I am. Still working on my MSCP and Azure certs, but don't know when i'll complete them because getting a job atm is a tad more important.

All that said, is this resume okay? What would you do to make it pop a bit more, or attract both recruiters, and hiring managers? Should I expand it to a second page?
