Can I get banned for Unlocking Fps?

Hello! I have a Switch and I play Fatal Frame on it. I wanted to ask if using an FPS unlocker, essentially overclocking, could get me banned. It's really difficult for me to play at 30 FPS and I was wondering if it would be safe for me to overclock. I won't pirate and won't hack. I'm just unlocking fps. Also if someone could help or teach me how to overclock it.
