Is there a male equivalent to “___-bunny”?

I’ve seen lots of names for ‘types’ of girls and who they date: -snow bunny -buckle bunny -barracks bunny -cougar -homie hopper But I’ve never seen a male equivalent. Are there any? Is there slang for a guy who only dates older women/nurses/certain races/etc? Or are these terms just used for girls?
