Residential Outdoor Parking Spot w Plug - Where Best to Advertise for Rent?

I have a spot in the parking lot of my bldg that I'm paying for, but not using. Where should I advertise it? Kijiji was dead last I checked. I guess FBMP, or maybe better, flyer a few buildings that are near me?
