Need Help!! Getting distracted frequently with short term exams and other fields.
Hey Just need a small help. I am currently 21 years old and finished my grad. In April, I started my upsc prep. I am also doing an internship currently (The job role is support admin so I don't want to pursue it more ). I really get frustrated with my current job and situation. It usual for me to leave the prep in a week then prepare for some short term exam like ssc bank aur some state exams then again switch to upsc after 1 week. I don't have any financial security as of now. I consult with others and they all advised me to clear one day exam first but honestly i don't like the syllabus specially quants. The question don't make sense to me. I can do them for necessity but practicing the same continuously for 2 years really put me in depression. On contrary, UPSC and other exams like NET suits my strength. I am good in theory comparision and love to do them. Doing question related to micro macro or some other theory subject are good for me rather than calculating when two trains will meet. I am literally wasting my time switching back and forth again and again. Also uncertainties and duration of Upsc also kind of punishing my mental health. I love to read spectrum laxmikant eco is my fav and other subjects too. I am kind of biased towards Upsc but also needs a job with some stability in a year or two.
Also SSC and Bank will also take a year for me from now to prepare and give my first attempt and their are uncertainties of normalisation and corruption their too.
If somebody can guide me or share some of his experience that will be great
