Audi SQ5 8R 2013 Turboproblems

Hello, my Audi SQ5 8R, built in 2013 with 200,200 km, has the following issue: Two weeks ago, I was driving normally in city traffic when suddenly the glow plug warning light started blinking, and later the engine control light came on. The engine then went into limp mode. I drove it to the workshop and had the fault codes read. Two errors appeared:

P22CF00: Turbocharger/Compressor Intake Valve Circuit Open P22D200: Turbocharger/Compressor Intake Valve Stuck in Open Position

The codes were cleared, and I drove off again. Two days later, the same issue occurred. It has only happened so far when the engine is warm. The last service was in May 2024, when the throttle body was cleaned because it was carboned up. In June 2025, the coolant regulator had to be replaced due to coolant loss. During this service, Audi incorrectly connected a hose, causing all the coolant to leak into the engine compartment.
