Selected for SSV interview at a new location. Need advice.

Hi all. Looking for advice.

I was selected for an interview for a shift supervisor position at a brand new location opening at the end of the year. I have worked for Starbucks before briefly. I have been a Shift Supervisor at a few other jobs as well, including a smaller mom n' pop coffee shop, restaurants, and retail.

I quite enjoyed working for Starbucks for the time I did and am excited about the prospect of returning. I like the idea of building a new team and store, if that makes sense. Just wondering what to expect for the first interview? This is a pretty big deal to me, I would like to succeed, and contribute to a successful store. I know the interview will be virtual, and am prepared for that. I feel like I can remember almost 90% of the drink recipes and different floor roles, so I have that on my side too.

If it's worth anything, I was a Shift Supervisor at a franchised Starbucks location, but not during my time at a corporately run store, so I understand there are going to be differences.

I am probably stressing myself out for no reason, but I really think this would be a good opportunity and would like to make it happen. Any input is appreciated.
