Diffrent Versions of me

Venting

Sometimes I don't feel like myself. It sometimes feels as if there are multiple versions of me. I don't think it's possible to count how many versions of me there are. But I think you can divide them into two main categories: good and bad. Although it should be said that it's silly to divide anything into good and bad. Anyway, for the sake of simplicity, I'll divide it that way. The ‘good me’ has compassion for everyone; can't stand to see others suffer; wants everyone to be happy; wants me to be happy; wants to live in a just world; doesn't believe in stereotypes; doesn't judge people he doesn't know; etc. So you could say that the ‘good me’ is a ‘good’ person. But there is not only this version of me, because there is also the ‘bad me’. This version of me is filled with hatred. Hate is all he has left and all he has. He hates everything, including himself. He has no compassion, laughs at the suffering of others and inflicts it on others. He doesn't care about anything. His entire worldview is based on stereotypes. He condemns everything he sees. So you could say that the ‘bad me’ is a ‘bad’ person. These versions can switch within seconds. One moment I do something bad, such as laughing at the suffering of others, and the next moment I feel ashamed of my actions. But this action doesn't feel like it was done by the version that feels ashamed. It feels like two completely different selves.
