YourMedicals - anyone pay the extra?

Did anyone here pay the extra that they were asking for last week? I did as desperate to get some as cheap as possible, but I still haven’t heard from them. Emailed them several times and nothing. Their phone line has a recorded message saying it is closed due to high demand and to email. Now really worried that I have done the wrong thing!
