First Skateboard Build: What Tools & Parts Do I Need?

Just bought a 8.5” deck, trying to build my first skateboard and learning how to skateboard, finally.

I’m checking different sites for equipment and stuff but there are a ton of bolts, screws, parts and i don’t know where i should pay attention on what to get, for example, when it comes to bearings the bones red ones are standard? What about, say, wheels or trucks, should i buy something a bit more expensive or save the money for something else? I’m building a skateboard that’s decent, i don’t want something extra premium, but i also don’t want something that’ll break or tear apart after a few uses
