MTB recommendations

Hello everyone, I am a beginner in the MTB hobby. And since I am new to cycling and MTB in general, I bought the "best-value-not-too-shitty" MTB I could find from a well known brand which had a Large size, Rockrider ST 120 from Decathlon. And since I am from Arunachal Pradesh so my options were limited.

Now the bike is performing quite well till now but the chain keeps slipping whenever I am doing an intense uphill climb (half of my rides are uphill climbs of various degrees). And since I am now 100% sure that I will stick to MTB hobby and will take it seriously I have come to the good people here for recommendations.

Can you guys please recommend me a good value, 1x drive train Hardtail MTB ? I would like this bike to be good at climbing, negotiating muddly and rocky terrain and also good at downhill (not necessarily the best but good). All responses are deeply appreciated. Thank you.
