Interim positions…

Coming here for a small rant

Has anyone else had an interim position and been stuck there? I make significantly less than the other TL because I’m coded interior team lead, get stuck with the $h!t end of the stick and never have a full closing team, I’m at my whits end honestly. I love my team, but it’s starting to NOT be worth it anymore
