Are "decision makers" actually making decisions?
I work with a mid teir company and I work directly with the VPs and the Csuite. Man do they suck at decisions and they will push us till the absolute end moment to make a decision. And the fall for the delay is pinned on you. Apparently it's my job to send them emails, follow ups and reminders to do their actual job (decision making). Neither do they give you agency to make these decisions nor do they make it themselves and I hate being stuck between it all. I hate working with men pushing 50 being terrible decision makers like did you not have a lifetime to fix that? I can't be the onky one who struggles with upper and mid level management being absolutely bad at making decisions. Is it just at my organization or are all of us on the same boat?
