Anyone high risk due to past loss?

Im just looking to know what to expect! I lost my last babe at 20w due to IC. I have pcos and im a bit overweight but its a unrelated to the matter. My stupid cervix is the problem! I have a 8w 5d appointment to see the baby for the first time and i start eith my obgyn/mfm at 11w! Anyone else hish risk this go around?
