PAR still not approved and no admin leave

Submitted a par in march for voluntary and it’s been stuck at HRC since April. Haven’t been place on admin leave and I know I’m making everyone uncomfortable by using the female restrooms and also my roomate who is a female seems very uncomfortable with me being in here. Does any one know wtf is going on
