Do you need an apartment

I’m urgently trying to move back home and I need someone to take over my lease. Last year I signed a lease with canopy and loved my apartment, I decided to switch units so I could get a pet (my roommates didn’t want one) and I prematurely signed the lease of a new unit. Now I have a family emergency requiring me to move back but unless I can find someone to relet my lease to, I have to pay rent as if I live there. I never went to pick up the keys so the room is unlived in and untouched. There are 4 rooms, each person has their own bathroom and closet. The only issue is you’d have to be a girl because the one confirmed roomate chose to be in a female only unit. If you have a female friend you’d like to move in with you when you apply you can tell them you’d like to live together. Rent is under $700 per month and utilities are based on each units usage. Because the apartment would be “relet” that means once you pick up the keys and move in it’s like I was never there and it’s your own apartment. TLDR: female tenant needed, 3 roommates, 1 confirmed, personal bedroom, bathroom and closet. 4 mins from UF, 16 mins from SF. Prefer to move in as soon as possible.
