How to cope without the fantasy

41m with a 44f wife who is NOT into the cuckold, mfm, hotwife/stag, lifestyles. Really anything with other people. I have discussed this fantasy with her for years now, and want to see if I can get past it or how to cope better. Since Reddit is often filled with enthusiasts as much as, if not more, then actual practicing folks, I figured it was worth asking this group…how do you cope if your partner is not into this?
