EY Silence After Technical Interview

Is silence after the Technical Interview at EY rather common? Applying to a Manager spot in Consulting. Had the Technical Interview with a Senior Manager on 8/8 and I thought it went well. I followed up with the recruitment team once a week since. Total radio silence (no rejection email at least). I imagine there would be a partner interview if I move on.
