Name of Canadian relative changes from document to document

Citizenship by Descent

My great grandfather was born in Canada, and I've found a lot of sources documenting this such as census data and US naturalization records.

The problem is that his name changes from source to source. It's nothing major, but the spelling of his first and even last name changed by a letter or two maybe three times. Would this cause any issues with my application? How should I explain this to the IRCC?
