Price to Vegas

Looking to book a trip from ORD to Vegas to go watch the Vegas Grand Prix in November. Looking to go from November 21-23. Looking at the flight prices across all airlines and they are all high for the trip. Any chances they will come down? Any tips to get the ticket for cheaper? I’d rather go with United since I’ve been flying with them the most. But $500 for a ticket for 2 days seems a bit unreasonable.
