episode recommendations for a first time watcher?

tonight i’m showing my mom (who has never seen dance moms) one episode of dance moms, what episode should i show her? she’s only ever seen little snippets of when im watching on TV.

it’s gotta be an episode that sums up dance moms the best, and preferably one which is from seasons 1-3 but it’s fine if there’s an amazing episode in the later seasons! i’ve watched all 8 series numerous times but can’t think of the best episode.
