Meshless Design MD280 Custom watercooling?

I'm aware the case is a bit of a unicorn, hence why it has bitten me to get it sometime in the near future. However, I do like options when building a PC. I wanted to beg the question if someone has managed to introduce a custom watercooling loop in the Meshless Design MD280?

Looking at it through YT videos, I do see the CPU may be possible, but what about the GPU? I understand being limited to one radiator isn't ideal for e.g a 9800X3D and a 4090?

If anyone could tell me what the building experience is like, that's greatly appreciated.
