BIOS not recognising 4TB SSD after windows 11 upgrade from windows 10

I have "upgraded" to windows 11 and i have noticed in the BIOS it wont show my 4TB SSD but it did before i upgraded. strangely enough it lets me boot from my 500gb SSD because i have 2 slots but my 4tb is my main and lets me boot just fine but comes up with dual boot which i never set up myself. When i do boot into windows 11 i check my c drive and its using my 4TB SSD i am so confused right now. any help would be great!
