I'll choose one goal at a time and work on it until I achieve it.

Mental Goal 1: Consistently practicing yoga and doing breathing exercises every day until it becomes a habit and positively affects my lifestyle.

Mental Goal 2: Having a long-term vision by understanding that my mind is impulsive and is attracted to procrastination and avoids hard work until you remind it. Breaking from destructive habits that bring immediate gratification, such as smoking, drinking, social media scrolling, oversleeping, and masturbation. Understanding that these temptations are easy to fall for and avoiding them by shifting the path of my thinking into a different one, a healthy one. (ex, when you're at your weak point, or bored, and you feel like you're getting sucked into a pathway that leads to immediate gratification, change your location, change your setting, change your mindset, and replace whatever you're doing with a different task.

Mental Goal 3: Understand that self-respect and self-love don't come from a vacuum. They emanate from your actions. Are you a slave to your desires? Are you afraid of prolonged gratification and hard work? The answer to self-respect and self-love depends on how you answer these two questions. Once you're confident in your own body and mind, nobody could shake your trust, and your fear of being judged wouldn't make sense anymore.

Summary:

Do hard things, overcome them, and love yourself through the hard work that you put in. Leave immediate gratification, desires, and temptations for your weaker self.
