Does E significantly slow hair growts?

I've been on E for two months - well, one month before that followed by a month break for reasons, and I stopped cutting my hair (ironically I had long hair for 25 or so years and cut it short two years ago, lmao) shortly before that.
In all that time, my hair grew by like.... 2cm max, and maybe just 1cm in some areas. This cannot be normal. WTF is going on? Clearly the hormones are somehow related, but it's something I never read about.

What are others' experiences in this area? I'm dying to know!
