Missing Package and GOFO Contact Information
I pre-ordered a BIE back in July. I just checked the shipping status, and it shows that the item was delivered on September 1 at 10:28 p.m. Since it was a holiday, we were out the whole day and missed the delivery. I waited until yesterday in case the package would show up, but it didn't. I contacted customer support, and they provided proof of delivery with photos showing that the package was left outside our door. Unfortunately, we don't have a Ring camera, so I lack evidence that it was actually stolen. They advised me to search for the package and reach out to GOFO, but I don't know how to contact them.
We live in an apartment complex that uses a parcel pending service, as our area is prone to package theft. When I ordered the BIE, there was no option for me to request that the parcel be sent via the parcel pending service or left with our leasing office. I've never had issues before—UPS has held my previous orders, and I typically use their store pickup option.

I feel so defeated because I waited so long to receive it, only to have it stolen from me.
