Increase 3-star Minigun drops?

I could not find the name of the modded weapons that you find throughout the maps. Hopefully you know what I mean when I say a 3-star weapon, one with three extra perks. Specifically, I like the Minigun. Are there certain maps that drop more of specific weapons?
