Edge window rarely and momentarily turns full black or white when loading a new page

I have experienced this issue for maybe more than a year. Rarely when I click on content that loads to another webpage the whole application bugs out and the window turns either all white or black for about 2 seconds. I think output such as music stops too momentarily.
