American Water College 36 hr course

I recently completed a 36-hour course from AWC, "Water Treatment Basics," to skip the T1 and proceed directly to the T2. I know the Sac State course qualifies you to take both T2 and D2. Does the AWC course I completed also qualify me to take the D2, or would I need to complete another 36-hour course to apply for the D2?
