So i m a feminist and has been very vocal about it...infct i advocate and promotes whoever preaches ideologies of feminism...

So this creator Rinima_Borah from Assam, some pageant winner..has been very vocal about smashing patriarchy in her reels...i liked her so much and even followed her...not only that...i also forwards many of her reels to my Maasi and Bua that how an Assamese female creator as been voicing her opinion...

But what happened today shocked me...so today she uploaded a reel justifying TROPY WIFE...till then i didn't know she was actually a trophy wife...i thought she was an own build empowered lady...so i wrote in the comments...that..

Rinima, pls correctify....you mentioned have we not seen our father taking care of all expenses..but we as Assamese as many a times seen our Mom taking the driving seat of our household..infct you also know that in Assam trophy wives are highly criticised because here even girls are of the choice to complete their education of Phd till late 20s and get married nearing 30s which is not very prevalent in other states...and this is not something seen in 1-2 houses...every household has their daughter employed and rejects the idea of TROPHY WIFE

This is what i wrote...and also a Bengal girl replied in my comment that yes also in our Bengal this is very common that we are being taught to get employment then think of marriage...

I hope this wasn't any wrong...BUT BUT BUT...you would be flabbergasted by her reply...she told us...

Oh my 2 poor little souls...keep your mediocre mindset to yourself...you both her just jealous of my luxury lifestyle and never in your dreams can reach where i m today...i worked my ass off to reach here...so u both cry and enjoy your mediocrity..

I was like....WHATTTT...i was shocked to the core...i assembled myself and replied that...

Rinima...not everyone is ur hater here in internet...infct i have been cheering for you for your upfront views...infct we are happy and proud that you reach such a good position...but we are definitely not buying your justification of TROPHY WIFE...

She commented a middle finger emoji...before i could screenshot everything...she blocked us instantly and vanished...

Today i realized that yes...people preaching so highly of feminism can also be this evil from within...

P.S. an Instagram influencer who calls herself an ideal of feminism is this ugly from within
