Efootball gambling addiction

I’ve been playing eFootball for over a year now, and I’ve spent a lot of money on it....even though I’ve told myself many times that I shouldn’t still I end up spending and regret later. At this point, I think I might be addicted to the gambling aspect of the game, and I realize that’s really unhealthy.

Every time I promise myself I won’t spend money, I somehow end up doing it anyway. I’ve also rank-pushed with countless sleepless nights, but now I feel like all of that effort has been worthless. I’ve managed to reach the top 1k twice and Division 1 every single season, but despite that, it all feels pointless.

The game seems to be getting worse year after year, and with updates like double skills, I honestly don’t know where it’s heading. I’m seriously considering selling my account and stepping away from the game altogether, so I can live a more peaceful life without this constant cycle. Please let me know your thoughts ..I need some serious help right now,
