Aggressive (possibly unvaxxed) Dog in Warr Acres/Bethany

If you live in the Warr Acres/Bethany area and you see a large, tan and white, bully mix please call animal control or the police station and report it. The owner allows this dog to run loose with no leash (it sometimes has a collar) and it attacked my dog and i while walking last night. The owner rode off on a small bike before i could take a pic of him.

She's fine and i was able to keep him from grabbing onto her but i don't trust that these owners keep him current on vaccines and given the current rabies situation in OK thought i should let people know.

I have already reported the attack to local PD but i doubt the owners care or will start leashing tbh.
