I feel so lucky it makes me sick

I have everything in life. The girl of my dreams, a career I enjoy and enough money for food, a comfortable appartment and some hobbies. I'm not rich, but I don't need to be. I'm generaly happy. Me and my gf were watching "Joker" the movie and it just reminded me of so much of how life used to be, how people really have it somewhere and how I could end up to. It stresses me, but I also feel sad for others and I am so afraid of losing everything! Idk... Just needed to vent. I feel so spoiled in life.
