My Xbox randomly shuts off, please help I’ve tried everything.

I can watch Netflix and Hulu for hours, but some games cause the Xbox to randomly turn off. I’m recently bought the special edition of cyberpunk and can’t even get thru the character creation before it shuts off, but I’d play oblivion all day and it won’t turn off. I’ve done everything the internet says and nothing has helped. Has anyone else been through this?
