Cant load into anything

This is gripping my nuts firmly, then twisting. Playing on PC enhanced, when I launch, I make it to the Main Menu all fine. When I click Freemode, same old loading screen then a black screen and fucking techno music then wahshasha, on my desktop.

Genuinely have no clue what made this happen. I want help but no clue what to say, so im just mad. Maybe my save file is sogged. Its the damn car wash, and Raf.
