[TOMT][ANIMATION] 2D animated scene from early 2000s: woman stands in the middle of a circle of men with large chin testicles vomit liquid onto her

I’m trying to identify an obscure animated clip I saw on TV in the early 2000s (could have been a rerun from the late 90s). It was not porn.

What I remember:

• It was 2D animation (not CGI, stop-motion, or puppetry).
• Style was cartoonish, maybe black and white.
• A single woman is standing in the center/bottom.
• A circle/ring of identical men are above/around her.
• The men each have large, sack-like organs hanging from their chins (kind of like testicles).
• They all “throw up”/spew liquid simultaneously onto the woman.
• No dialogue that I remember.
• It was not pornographic — more surreal/grotesque in tone.

Context:

• I saw it on TV (possibly on an adult animation block or as part of a short-film anthology).
• Likely aired in the early 2000s, but the short itself could be older.

Does anyone recognize this short or know what it’s from? Any leads (festival compilations, music videos, anthologies) would be super helpful.
