Any ideas on how a hypothetical SDC and White Fang alliance could operate?

In this AU, Willow decides to be a better mother a lot sooner and steps up as the head of the company. She decides to settle the ongoing issues with the White Fang that have transpired since Jacque’s had taken over. For reference, Ghira is still the high leader.
