Where's my TIN?

Hi, so before po nag work po ako ng amazon as a csr but idk why pero the BIR 1902 ba yon was taking so long to process hanggang sa pag resign ko wala pa, then nung na resign ako few months later Ireceived confirmation of orus sa email so nag confirm lng ako sa account then iniwan ko na, then now need ko ng TIN kaya nag log in ako tas wala akong TIN there, do I create a new account or what's the next step po?
