Why am i not getting a job ?

I have completed my masters in 2024 May and still searching for a job. I have applied to 1000s of jobs most of the people say they won't hire OPT candidates and some companies select my resume for next steps but after writing the assessment they are not responding as if I am rejected or selected. I'm screwed to find a job. The pressure is increasing day by day. No one is there to help me find a job with reference. I just don't understand how to get a job in this present situation. I have only given interview to Amazon and nothing else. All my career advisors in University say my resume is good. Can someone please help me atleast get an interview so that I can prove myself. Please advice me and help me to find a job.
