Question about selling my car

Hi all,

I have a 2011 328i automatic 4 door that I am looking to sell. For the most part the exterior I would say is fair ish like normal wear and tear like rock chips and the such. The hood could use a paint job if the person cared enough. Interior looks fine as well maybe the cup holders are a little finicky but nothing to stress over. Car runs great and would be a good commuter car to work or school.

No major maintenance required that I know of.

I checked KBB and I used fair and good ratings and they price it out to about $5k as the avg. would selling it at $5k be fair or is $3-4k range better?

This is my 3rd car and since I have no time to care for it properly after having 3 kids it’s time to sell.
