Deadlock duo queue timers in OCE.

Me and my brother are trying to queue for a game in deadlock and we've had 20 minutes and still no pop, I am seeker 3 and he's initiate 1, so I thought it'd be the rank difference but we we match into each others games when we queue at the same time.

Anyone else having this problem duoing?

p.s. I know OCE is kinda low pop but were still getting games together solo queueing.
