A big dumb newbie wants to conquer the world

I'm an on-and-off EU4 player who has less than 100 hours in the game. I'm pretty pumped about EU5 and figured I would try to conquer the entire globe in EU4 before EU5's launch, probably as Castile. Are there any good guides for the current patch for conquering the world as Castile that an idiot can follow?
