Please can anybody help me out in my Tech Career Change?

Hello everyone, I'm 21 M from India and I'm currently now in my final year of engineering degree. I right now have some job offers like upto 12 LPA. I really don't want to work in India because I think people are not valuing me enough. I want to travel and shift to any other good countries that focus on Tech. I love Tech very much. I want to build futuristic things like AR glasses and other things. I have almost 8 months before my degree completes. Please guide me through this. (Please don't say have patriotism Thanks).
