Get on the jabs?
I’ve heard a lot of mixed results around weight loss jabs. I’m (25F) and I’m happy in a relationship, nice job, good social life etc but always in the back of my mind I know I’m a lil too much on the big girl side by my personal standards.
I’m 5”8/5”9 and a little over 15 stone. Typically I’d say I’m a size 14. Although I have some shirts and dresses that are M’s etc a lot of my weight is on the bottom half of my body (grateful for god or whoever hiding the most of that in a good way) Two years ago I was 13st 4 and I think that looked healthy on me.
Recently I’ve noticed my belly is a bit more pouchy and I’m a little in the dumps confidence wise. I feel extroverted and bubbly still but just have this feeling that I’m not happy in my body.
Ive re-joined a football team and got my first match coming up this weekend. It’s been three months and I notice my physicality is better but the weight will not budge after I’ve reduced alcohol intake + salads for lunch everyday & homecooked meals on a night.
I’ve heard mixed reviews around the jabs. I don’t have a lot of disposable income a month at the minute (£26k + bonus job) but would be willing to part with £100 a month from a reputable supplier if it has benefits + I’ve seen them work on a friend.
Am I totally barking up the wrong tree? Or can someone point me in the right direction.
