Gifted Plus but didn’t show up?

Has anyone else ever gotten a message on the last day of the month that they won a month free of Plus from the Guardians, but it was never reflected in their account? This happened to me for September and I messaged their support team. They said they’d look into it but now I’m getting no response back. I know it’s only been a couple days but I was so excited and grateful, I don’t want to miss out if I just never hear anything back 😢 Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
