$12 MRR, 222 users, 3 paying customers. I’ve never been this excited about something so small.

I’ve been building for 2 months straight. Nights, weekends, basically every spare moment. And today I’m staring at my little dashboard:

  • $12 MRR
  • 222 users
  • 3 paying customers

And I couldn’t be more thrilled.

Why I built this

Like many of you, I was drowning in subscriptions. SaaS tools, AI tools, random free trials… and the worst part? I found out I had been paying for a yoga app since 2024 without ever opening it once. That single moment of frustration planted the seed.

If I’m struggling with this, small business owners and AI founders must be bleeding even more money without realizing it.

So I started building:

  • One place to track all subscriptions
  • Reminders before free trials end (so you don’t get trapped)
  • Alerts before payments renew
  • Analytics + budget tracking to show where your money actually goes
  • Calendar inbuilt so you can see your recurring costs

The emotional rollercoaster

Honestly, I doubted myself every step of the way.

  • “What if no one cares?”
  • “What if I’m just building this for myself?”
  • “What if the problem’s too small?”

But then the first user signed up. Then another. And another. And today… the third person actually pulled out their card and paid.

$12 MRR doesn’t sound like much. But for me, it’s proof. Proof that this problem is real, proof that someone values what I built, and proof that I should keep going.
